Therapy is usually arranged prior to admission as part of a client's total package, although private referrals are also welcome.
Chase Park also provides the seamless provision of its therapy services into the community. This enables an individual’s progress through Chase Park and into the community on their pathway towards appropriate independent living with the continuity and confidence of services provided by the same therapy team.
